The registration fee includes participation in the forum and exposition, access to all event materials, admission to the meeting room, as well as lunches, cocktails and the Caribbean Night. The accompanying person fee includes the welcome cocktail, a city tour with lunch and the Caribbean Night. To obtain special company group rates, please contact the Secretariat.
Cancellations are accepted up to the end of Tuesday June 26. Please notify them in writing to the Secretariat. Fees paid will be refunded after conclusion of the event with a 30% deduction for administrative expenses.
